Learn to achieve more precise market analysis using  the County’s GIS mapping system!

What is GIS? The County of Santa Cruz maintains a robust GIS (Geographic Information System) program. GIS is a platform to gather, manage and analyze geospatial data. This data is accessed through the County’s flagship application GISWEB(https://gis.santacruzcounty.us/gisweb).

Why Use It? Analysis using GIS gives a REALTOR, and ultimately the seller, the ability to more easily showcase the subject property’s characteristics and advantages with respect to its location.  GISWEB provides access to well over 100 data layers including  flood zone mapping!

This GISWEB training session will provide insight into the data layers, reports, and special features available.

BONUS! Also covered will be the app for accessing sewer lateral data!
