Sometimes we are a party, but sometimes we are just caught in the middle. Mediation is an option included in our contracts, and it also can be useful in a wide range of disagreements. This class will tell you everything you need to know about mediation and give you tools to diffuse uncomfortable situations. $10 in advance, $15 at the door!
