Join staff from the City of Santa Cruz and the Coastal Watershed Council as they discuss the impact that the sewer lateral system has on the local water table, and new possible regulations for point of sale inspections within the City. The presentation will focus on what happens when the sewer system is not properly maintained, and how that affects our local drinking water quality. Additionally, the City of Santa Cruz is hoping to get feedback from the Real Estate community about how they can make the potential new ordinance as easy as possible to implement on new transactions.

Speakers: Steve Wolfman, City of Santa Cruz Public Works & Alev Bilginsoy, Coastal Watershed Council
